Easy helping

There are many different ways that you can make a difference, even if you only have a few minutes to spare. Some great ideas for individual action can be found in the book "Save cash & save the planet". Here you can find a shortened form.

How you can help us:

• make your lifestyle greener
• write a letter to the press, to a politician or to a company
• send an email - join campaign express - see Friends of the Earth's main website for details
• help us on a stall
• visit your MP or MEP
• talk to your friends about environmental issues
• change your company from within - talk to them about green issues
• use your skillls and knowledge to help us - do you have arts skills, expertise in computing, specialist knowledge etc - we need your help
• fundraising - help to to raise money to help fund our campaigns
• organize a meeting - help us to organize a public meeting
• join a protest - we organize occasional peaceful and humorous protests

You don't have to do all these things, just whatever you are happy to do. Even spending five minutes sending a postcard to an MP or company can make a big difference.
